During Froilan's experience in spiritual exploration, never has he come across a more useful tool for human development than yoga and the sacred lineage from which it is derived. Historically, yogic practice became associated with four different philosophies, each with a unique way to approach transcendence. These four yogas were labeled as Jñana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Karma Yoga.  These spiritual sciences are not foreign to us as Americans, as they are prevalent in our daily lives already - we just perhaps are not aware of them or know them by a different name.  All that is about to change!
