This series is specifically designed for people looking for a safe, light-hearted environment where they can explore basic hatha yoga poses encountered in most classes.
***Oct 12 thru Nov 23 - no class on November 2***
Each week we will explore different poses and how to properly modify them to fit your body's needs. There will be a heavy emphasis on safe alignment techniques. You will leave with a foundational knowledge of key poses, as well as a general understanding of how to properly align your body for optimal strength and flexibility.
This is an orientation class and not a gentle yoga class. It is not designed for people with serious physical limitations.
Please plan to attend the entire series if possible as classes will build from one week to the next.
Note: there will be no refunds for missed classes. You can attend one “make-up” class with Allison after the series has been completed. All students completing the series will receive a one-time $10 discount on the Sacred Om class package of their choice.
Have questions? Email Allison: email@example.com
Minimum registration: 5 students
