The name Sacred Om was carefully chosen to respectfully honor and cultivate our connection to all living beings.

Yoga is unique to everybody. Our dedicated and experienced teachers nurture beginners and offer expertise and guidance on an individual basis so that all yogic experiences are heartfelt,restorative and transformative.
Our welcome area is a quiet transition space where you can center yourself prior to class and/or spend time to absorb the benefits of your practice as you prepare yourself to “take it off the mat.”
Come…relax, sit back with a cup of tea or enjoy a book from our lending library! Sacred Om provides a supportive and nourishing space where you can restore inner peace while maintaining physical, emotional and spiritual health.
With the goal of providing service to all levels and lifestyles, we offer classes for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced students.
Other classes include Alignment-based Hatha, Chair, Happy Hips & Hamstrings, Kids, Open Level, Nidra, Prenatal, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, and Yin.
Private instruction is available on an individual and/or small group basis.
Our Center’s ongoing events and workshops are designed with your spiritual well-being and healing in mind!
Walk Ins Welcome! Pre-registration for classes is not required.
We kindly ask that you please:
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class time.
Be mindful of silence for savanasa when waiting for your class to begin.
Inform your instructor of any injuries.
Refrain from wearing fragrances in consideration of allergies.
Leave shoes at the door before entering our practice space.
Turn off cell phones upon entering the studio and allow yourself (and others) this dedicated time of inner peace.
Note: We cannot allow children under the age of 15 to attend adult classes. Children 15 and over will require adult supervision.

Arm balances, more than any other class of yoga poses, reflect our desire and willingness to turn to our heart and through our body embrace our innermost confidence and courage to harmonize with gravity. A healthy does of hip opening surely helps, too!
Please join us as we playfully practice the artful beauty of hand balancing. Together and through yoga we can discover how to experience ourselves as joyful and empowered beings.
This workshop is suitable for students with some yoga experience and who are just learning how to approach arm balances. Seasoned students will also have the opportunity to refine their skills.

The ancient science of Numerology is the study of how the numerical vibrations effect us, universally and personally. Through the birth date, we will explore how these numerical vibrations can reveal one's life path, personal year, inner strengths and future tendencies.
We will also work with your name and find the Soul Urge, The Secret Self and the Expression. Sound is the result of vibration – which is only another way of saying that every sound has a number behind it.
Based on your findings, each person will individually make their own mala bracelet made of wood and semi precious stones. Each number is represented by a semi precious stone to reflect the essence of its vibrations. A wonderful memory to remind you of the journey you explored at the workshop.
